PRESS RELEASE<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>2<\/span><\/b>7<\/span><\/b>th<\/span><\/b>\u00a0March<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Motorsport Games<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the video game company dedicated to the integration of racing game development and esports, has today announced\u00a0<\/span>a partnership with Codemasters<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(AIM: CDM)<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>the FIA World Rallycross Championship<\/span>\u00a0presented by Monster Energy<\/span>\u00a0to create the\u00a0<\/span>World RX Esport<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0Invitational<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The series will be held on the dates of selected rounds of the 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy that have been postponed due to health concerns and government regulations relating to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.<\/span>\u00a0The first race, the Barcelona\u00a0<\/span>World RX Esport<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0Invitational<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0will be held\u00a0<\/span>on Sunday 19<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0April using<\/span>\u00a0DiRT Rally 2.0 on PC<\/span>\u00a0via Steam<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A number of the official World RX drivers will be taking part in the championship and f<\/span>ans<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>around the world will have the opportunity to earn a place on the grid against\u00a0<\/span>these<\/span>\u00a0stars when the Qualifying event goes live on DiRT Rally 2.0 on PC this Saturday<\/span>\u00a0(28<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0March)<\/span>. The top driver<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0who complete the\u00a0<\/span>6-lap<\/span>\u00a0race around the C<\/span>ircuit de\u00a0<\/span>B<\/span>arcelona-<\/span>C<\/span>atalunya<\/span>\u00a0in the fastest time will be invited to take part in the live streamed showcase.\u00a0<\/span>In order to enter<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0PC<\/span>\u00a0Steam<\/span>\u00a0players should go to\u00a0<\/span>the \u2018<\/span>My Teams<\/span>\u2019<\/span>\u00a0section of DiRT Rally 2.0\u00a0<\/span>on Saturday 28<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0March from\u00a0<\/span>10am<\/span>\u00a0(GMT)<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0select\u00a0<\/span>the specially-marked promotional FIA World Rallycross tile from the Events screen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
